Expired prenatal vitamins
So I just realized I’ve been taking expired vitamins for the last month… exp was 11/23 🤦♀️
Google searches say not toxic but maybe not as potent. I’m at 5 & 4 right now so if I grab some fresh ones I should be still ok yeah? Nervous Nelly here
