Mid cycle spotting

Anyone ever have issues with mid cycle spotting? I’ve told doctors for years. They’ve done checks and did pelvic ultrasounds and no answers. It stopped when I got pregnant and breastfed. As soon as I stopped breastfeeding and got period back it started again. It’s every month! I did test positive for hpv16 and had a leep done 3 months ago. I thought that would fix it but no go.. I am 33 and this scares me every month I see it! I typically bleed for 5 days or so mid cycle
