Menopur shots

Hi ladies! I’m starting my first round with menopur shots since my first two cycles with letrozole and trigger didn’t work. I had a month off for endometriosis surgery and now starting this third round, much more aggressively. Has anyone had success with letrozole, 150 iu of menopur for 3 days, trigger shot, then 3 weeks of progesterone inserted vaginally 3x a day.
