Is it fair?

My boyfriend has always had some money issues and we’ve been together for almost a year. I’ve told him a couple of times that he needs to get a better job and earn more money, because I do not want to be in a relationship where i’m the breadwinner who pays for most stuff. I find that extremely unappealing. I made the mistake of going on a vacation together with him because after not even a week he had spent all of his money, and i’m left to pay for everything. I’ve told him that he owes me back 50% of everything I pay for, and so far it’s almost 800$… When we come back from vacation we both go back to work. My boyfriend has 1 more month left at his current job, because we moved to a new city and he was gonna get a job there but he hasn’t gotten anything yet. He has applied to almost 50 jobs but no one wants him. Is it fair to tell him that I don’t want a “stay at home” boyfriend while i’m out working because that shit is unattractive, and that I want him to stay with his family/friends until he gets his shit together. Can I tell him that if he doesn’t get a job and pays me back what he owns me in 2 months, in addition to getting his shit together, I want him to move out and break up?
