Hemorrhagic ovarian cyst not going away

I first noticed a niggly pain in my left side in Nov/Dec. fast forward and an US in Jan 24 confirmed a hemorrhagic cyst, 7mm X 7mm. It more than doubled in size by March and has rained the same size as of June.

Everything I’m reading says they usually go away within a couple of months and I did actually have another found in the right side in the March scan but was gone by June.

Has anyone had a hemorrhagic cyst that has lasted more than a few cycles?

I’m seeing a gyno next week but have myself dead and buried.
