19 week scan

Hey ladies hope everyone’s pregnancy is going well. I went for 19 week scan and the US TECH said I am measuring 18 weeks and 3 days. Should I be worried. Also baby had the umbilical cord between the legs due to which the tech said its hard to confirm gender but looks like a girl.

My question is has anyone faced same issue and was the gender correct at birth or during another ultrasound. Please help.
