8 DPO - ovulation test negative, does this mean I’m definitely not pregnant?

I’m 8 DPO and sat here wondering if I’m pregnant. Don’t have any pregnancy tests so used a leftover clear blue ovulation test which came back negative (low). Does this mean I can’t be pregnant? Or is it still too early to say? Anyone else used an ovulation test which came back negative but then found out they were pregnant with a pregnancy test? I’m feeling upset that I’m not pregnant :-(

I was the same way. I tested both a lh test and a pregnancy test at 8dpo. Both negative. Since both were negative I thought I was out for the month. Nope. I’m pregnant. So just wait a couple more days.

An ovulation test is irrelevant at this point. Lol try a pregnancy test instead

It’s still 2 early and even if you had a pregnancy test the chances are slim it would be positive. You still have a lot of time. Good luck

Opks are for detecting LH not hcg. All that opk tells you is that you are not having an Lh surge which has no significance in the luteal phase/tww especially whether or not you could be pregnant. Test in a few days with a pregnancy test.
