Zero follicles on ultrasound?

No follicles on ultrasound?!
Had my first ultrasound today and I’m really concerned about the results. No follicles were found on either ovary. I feel a bit panicked. I am CD 17 and cycles are normally anywhere from 27-51 days. Does anyone know what this means? I am 26 and have PCOS. Try

It could be too early or too late. With that range of cycles you could ovulate anywhere between cd10 and cd34.
