Over doing it?
So yesterday I walked a mile and today 2 miles 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening I'm almost 38 weeks pregnant so I was hoping it would help progress things but my inner thighs and pelvis hurts so bad I can barely move 🥲 is this normal? Maybe she's moved further down? I've lost some of mucus plug since yesterday and having more cervix pain and kinda crampy at times down low
