Bleeding during ovulation?

My cycle has been so weird this time. Last period started 27/05, so normally would be due now but digital opk saying I am high ovulation with the flashing smiley face being displayed. Yesterday afternoon very light spotting, I have read many have ovulation spotting. Today it is a bit heavier, not like a period, still just when I wipe but more than yesterday and red not pink like yesterday. I would normally expect period around this time but apparently I am ovulating. Is there a chance the digital tests are wrong and I am actually start AF?
