ADHD meds effecting hormones

Hello all. I am wondering if anyone experiencing fertility issues with diagnosed adhd has taken Vyvanse and possibly seen their hormone tests come back elevated. My DHEAS was elevated less than a year ago and my total testosterone was also elevated which points to possible adrenal pcos, however my numbers have both significantly increased in less than a year, however both were lower in February prior to starting adhd medication, specifically vyvanse. I’m wondering if the increase in cortisol that happens when on stimulants can raise your hormone levels as I know just simply having a rise in cortisol from stress can increase these numbers… I hope I’m making sense. Please be gentle, the possibility of not being able to expand my family is extremely difficult as I’m sure many of you already know ☹️
