Brown discharge 15wks

I just turned 15 was yesterday first child and had spotting issues during my 5-9wks, I have pcos and endometriosis and I’m just very nervous/worried unfortunately. I just had my drs today and just wiped and seen brown and trying now to panic. The Doppler couldn’t pick up baby last two appointments since baby is hiding behind my bladder, and have separate dr for my ultrasound. Any other mommas dealt with having this through pregnancy and babies came out okay.. been reading a lot but isn’t helping my mind since can’t go er rn.
