35 weeks and this hand numbing at night is awful ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ I have a carpel tunnel brace I wear for one hand, but now the other is numbing up at night too. I feel like I wake up every 20 minutes to shake my hands back to life ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
