Lunch ideas for 1 year old?

I’m stuck on variety for my 1 year old in terms of lunch. I feel as though I rely on the same things over and over again. 
Do you mind sharing your ideas/what you give your kids? I’d love to mix things up but a bit stuck. I’ve used Google to within an inch of its life too.

Grilled cheese or grilled peanut butter
Quesadillas (filling options- bean and cheese, chicken and cheese, bell peppers/onions and cheese, eggs and cheese, peanut butter, cream cheese and strawberries…etc)
Leftovers from dinner
Pizza, chicken nuggets, grilled chicken strips, Mac n cheese, buttered noodles made with bone broth, pancakes, waffles, peanut butter noodles 
Sides- banana, strawberries, apple slices, cooked carrots, raw or cooked bell peppers, veggie straws, kiwis, watermelon, quinoa, chia seed pudding, yogurt, cheese, mango, beans, 
Not every plate has to be perfect. The occasional nuggets and fries is ok. Just a meat and veggie quesadilla is ok.
