What are the chances?

I had my tubes COMPLETELY removed (bilateral salpingectomy). I realize it’s not 100% effective but what are the chances of ever actually ending up pregnant? Should I really ever even worry about getting pregnant?

I have a lot of anxiety as is and my family was joking tonight trying to tell my parents I was pregnant. I was like uh not a chance.. I would cry. But now my anxiety is driving me crazy because they were like well it’s not 100%… never say never. I mean honestly… should I truly ever worry about pregnancy?
