Over thinking or not?!

My husband of 7 year(17 years together) works as maintenance for a different apartment complexes through wisconsin. His boss hired on a lady who lives in one the apartments to help him clean the apartments. She about 50.(hes 29).I did not have an issue with this, not even a little bit. Hes needs help, he got the help. The was a point where they where joking around about being work wifes and husband and it maed me feel uncomfortable. I told her, she understood and stopped. She made the comment about her ex doing somthing like that cheating. Now i didnt have an issue with her what so ever. Shes nice, shes nice to my kids, even bought them christmas, and birthday presents. Now heres where i get iffy about. Hes met her parents,kids, other family ect. There are points where he has to stay over at other apartment complexs to finish up apartments(a week at a time) with her. And i barely get any messages from him. I did the bad wife thing and went on his phone....not only is he messaging her non stop( he says its work realted things) which there are, but not all of it is. She messaging him on her vacation ,sending pictures. They talked on the for over an hour. He telling her whens hes going on drives. Saying good morning....telling her when hes buying shit..like he keeps saying friends! Friends! Friends! That he has no feelings toward this women..but i feel like is. Am i over reacting? Im starting to feel like i am..or is there actually something going on...
