Leaking amniotic fluid

Those that have had their water leak/break. How long did you wait to go in? I woke up this morning to pee and then was changing my baby diaper. When I want to stand up I had like something run out of me. My underwear were soaked and i had to change. I’m feeling sick/crampy this morning and have been having an achy back. I haven’t felt another gush yet though and it’s been like an hour. I just hate to go in just to feel dumb and be told it is just discharge or I “peed” which I don’t think it’s pee when I had fully emptied my bladder before changing my daughters diaper.
