Stomach flu, food poisoning, cold ????
My 4 year old daughter was fine all day. Happy and playful, full appetite. She’s had a mild cough this week I thought it was just allergies. But as soon as we put her down for bed she threw up 😔 cleaned everything up, showered her and let her sleep in our bed for a little bit and took her back to her room. And she threw up again. She has no fever other than a very mild cough and vomiting. What could this be ?
