Catholic Church deems my mareiage invalid by God and I am living in mortal sin

We were married outside of the church even though we both were baptized communion and confirmed… both our families stopped for whatever reason going to church….. we have been married almost five years… and we have two baby boys we baptized Catholic but I just found out my marriage is not valid in eyes of God and church and I am living in mortal sin since we are both born into catholic faith and did not do marriage sacrament. I am freaking out. The Bible doesn’t mention any of this. I did not know any of this. I am so anxious and sad. Anyone else?
