Mucus plug or amniotic fluid leak?

Hi guys currently 32w1d and been having Braxton hicks and so much hip/ pelvic pressure the last couple of days.. this morning I had a tiny little streak of blood nothing even worrisome but I am high risk and have been told I have gestational diabetes and higher amounts of amniotic fluid. I have a history of PROM in a past pregnancy and my doctors are closed to get ahold of them. Does this look like my mucus plug or another PROM??
