I need help ?!

Hi! I need advice I tried asking this on Reddit but no one has answered my question but I'm really stuck on what to do so l originally got hired for this job. (Tesla) back in April but because of everything that was going on I didn't officially get a start date until yesterday and I start next Monday the 15th.. the problem is I'm now 35 weeks and next week I have my regular ob appointment and my MFM appointment that following Wednesday and Thursday and my appointments are every week now until I have my C-section scheduled on August 7th. I never dealt with this ever this is my first time so l'm terrified about what I should do if I should just cancel my appointment for next week or should I say something even tho I'm scared to be let go esp because there's a probationary period ... please any advice is needed
