On cycle day 8 after a couple of days on medication my levels were

E2 212, LH 3, P 1. I started orgalutran from this day.

I had another test today (cycle day 10) two days later, I have had a scan and another test. But my oestrogen levels dropped significantly…

E2 88, LH 2, P1.

Both blood tests were in the morning at around the same time.

My original GONAL-F dosage has been 62.5 I am now to up it to 75 and keep on the orgalutran and go back on Monday (cycle day 14) to retest and re-scan.

Can anyone who has done <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> before with these meds or has had something similar happen shed some light?

My clinic says we’re not out just yet as we have room to up my dose and have the scan and bloods redone. Hoping upping the dose does the trick.
