My fourth pregnancy , only one baby

I’m on my 4th pregnancy. I found out Thursday and today I noticed blood on the toilet paper. Is this implantation or does it look like a miscarriage? I’ve only had ectopics up until now.

The brown is the toilets stain from Arizonas hard water
