Tubes Tied After Birth?

Question

Has anyone ever gotten their tubes tied or removed (whatever they do now) after you gave birth? 
 I am thinking of getting this done when after I give birth, but would love to hear good/bad personal experiences on this. We do not want anymore after this bundle of joy♥️ 
I am pregnant with my 3rd, my 1st dr appointment for this will be next Monday the 22nd😊 Was definitely a surprise ♥️

I am 39 years old. I have 4 boys. 19, 15, 15 months, 16 days old 😳the last three were c sections. So my last baby I got my tubes tied during my c section. Procedure itself was fast. No complications. I am 16 days post surgery. Pain is same as my previous c sections. This recovery had me going slower. Most likely because I had back to back c sections. I am still recovering. I don’t know if it’s because I already got the procedure but I have regret. I am sad that I will never have my girl. I wish I would have just gotten the IUD. I am sure regret will pass and I will be happy with my decision.
