When did my ovulation happen?

Hi, me & my husband conceived twice

7 days [CD-9] before Ovulation &

3 days [CD-12] after Ovulation

My cycle is pretty much regular [28days]

We ended up getting pregnant

Implantation Bleeding on CD-25

I am just too curious to know when did I ovulate — also to predict the gender, can you guys help?

Do you mean had sex? I also don’t understand your time line. No one can tell you when you ovulated regardless of what you provide.

No one can tell you. The only way to actually have a chance to see when you ovulate is through OPK and BBT. You can ovulate earlier or later than expected. 
The whole timeline of pregnancy can take longer than what people think. There’s no way to know for sure when you conceived or when implantation took place either except through IVF since that process can take days after sex. Plus sperm lives 5 days inside you, so that further confuses things. Also you can’t predict gender without either blood tests through places like SneakPeek or the NIPT test done by your doctor or an ultrasound usually after your first trimester.
