Csection incision pain?
I'm 4 almost 5 months post partum. I was laying in bed and went to sit up from laying on my back... and I heard / felt a pop or crack noise in my pelvis? Like where my incision is and there was quick sharp pain.
Nothing debilitating but enough to scare me. I was def using all my ab muscles to sit up… And then it went away. Is it possible that anything internally ruptured/opened? How would I know? Would there be more pain and heavy bleeding?
