When should I go in for an ultrasound?
I found out I'm pregnant last Sunday. I confirmed it at a clinic on Tuesday and they did an ultrasound but couldn't see a sac. They sent me to the er for a possible ectopic but it was ruled out. My hcg was 145. They said to come back in a week or two to check on my hcg levels. I think I'm about 5 weeks and 5 days. Is this too early for a abdominal ultrasound? If so, when should I go? I'm changing insurance plans so I'll have to wait about a week to see my obgyn for another hcg blood test.
