My supplements for next cycle..

I just want to hear some people’s experiences and what helped them conceive. I have PCOS and Adenomyosis and this is what I’m planning on trying, does it sound right?

1. Metformin XR 500mg 3x daily (1500mg)

2. NAC 600mg daily

3. Myo-inositol + D Chiro 2050mg daily

4. Drinking spearmint tea before bedtime

5. Isoflavones 80mg days 3-7 (have had success using in the past to conceive)

6. Evening primrose oil from cycle day 1-14 (or until I know I ovulate)

7. After ovulation I plan on using bio identical progesterone cream daily

8. Elevit prenatal and preconception multi-vitamin daily

Does this all sound right? Should I continue these throughout pregnancy to help reduce miscarriage? Anyone had success trying all or any of these???
