Hcg lvl at 4 wks ?

Hi please help,

I got a strong positive hpt at 10 dpo till 14dpo and tested every and test are dark snd stayed same for 4 dsys in s row. testing due to having lots of previous miscarriages, the last one being at 10wks.

Done bloods at 4wks -14dpo and they came back at 81. dr said that's low and retest in a week but if i want to test earlier thats ok.

Should I redo bloods 48hrs later?

I am on blood thinners for a blood clotting disorder and progesterone and vitamin d, iron, 5mg folic acid
