Do you see it ? Or am I tripping.

Little back story we’ve been trying to get pregnant with our 3rd baby for about 3 years and I just suffered from my first miscarriage in November. I took this and I know it’s way too early to test I’m only a week past ovulation. BUTTTTT I swear I see something but again I feel it could just be me wanting it soo bad and I know I should test after my period. I just want to know if I’m going crazy wanting to have a baby so bad I’m seeing double lines.
