Detergent🫧

So I’m 19 weeks and starting to try and finish my registry and I’m going to put laundry detergent on there but I have questions/concerns.. my baby’s father and I are super sensitive to certain detergents. We have to use only Tide Free & Gentle and no dryer sheets as we cannot use anything with fragrance. So I was wondering if I’d be safe to use the same for babies things as well. I know I’ve got a little bit of time but I wanted to start washing clothes now if possible as I’ve already received a bunch and haven’t even had a baby shower yet. To me it would make sense to be able to use the same detergent for the baby as I use for us as he will be touching up against our clothes.

Any other parents just use regular detergent and not baby specific?
