Implantation or short af?

Hey guys, I’m confused. I started lightly bleeding on the 16 and it ended today. Maybe 2 tampons a day, at some points I didn’t even use one since there was basically nothing there. Very light, but red, also some brown on the tampons, I saw increased CM with light colored blood but no blood clots persay. I got a bout of acne about a week ago, and some painful cramps which I typically do not get with af and my boobs are a little sore but I thought it was because of af. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it just a very short af? Has anyone had any positive pregnancy tests after this? Could it be implantation bleeding? My periods are typically longer and heavier 5-7 days.
