C section? I need advice please <3

So I am 31 weeks and 3 days pregnant with my baby beauty named Jailynn. My sweet baby has a fatal diagnosis, Anencephaly. If she is still alive at my 39 week mark, ill be induced via c section. This will be my 1st c section after numerous vaginal births. Im terrifed but am praying to God that i get to see my child alive after her birth. C section increases my chances of getting to meet her alive. What are some things you did in recovery that helped you? What should i do? What items did you purchase for your recovery that helped? Im a thick girl so hve a baby belly pouch before getting pregnant with her so if youre a bigger girl and had a pouch too, how did you handle your incision? Im being told i could get something called fluid pouches in my incision because im bigger. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE
