What can help with nausea & vomitting ?

I haven’t checked how far along I am since doctor won’t see me till about 8-12 weeks but based off there calculator , I’m 5 weeks … 
Can nausea & vomiting really be starting this early on in pregnancy ? 
Please help on what works for you? What should I take or eat ?

Yes of course. Nausea and vomiting can happen at any time in pregnancy. Ginger is very helpful.

Lemon water, jolly ranchers, ice chips, greasy food. Those are some of the things that helped me.

I know you’re feeling nauseous, but the minute you open your eyes, keep some crackers or something on your bedside table and eat something immediately. When you wake up, I was sick my entire pregnancy, I made it to 4 1/2 months, and I was sick the entire time I could not have wished that on my enemy how sick I was. And it was ridiculous. It wasn’t morning sickness. It was 24 seven sickness. They do have something called queasy pops, there are ginger, sucking candies, and teas, obviously there’s anti-nauseous medication that a doctor can prescribe you like Zofran. Unfortunately, it sucks. If it’s that bad, I would go to urgent care and see if they can give you some Zofran or something I mean obviously there’s the over-the-counter stuff Pepto-Bismol or Tums or things like that, some people do baking soda and water for the acidity if you get the Acid reflux and things like that, but I always recommend checking with your doctor, they should have a nursing practitioner or somebody on duty that you can ask questions, questions and see if they can prescribe some thing ￼ if it is that bad
