Is this normal 5 days post molar tooth extraction?

I had some delayed bleeding for a few extra days. They aren’t going to look at it again until next week. It tasted and smelt bad and I started gargling with salt water and all of the gross stuff came out now I’m worried that it isn’t looking okay for day 5? No real pain just aching

I think it was just food keep cleaning your mouth with warm salt water after anything you eat or drink except water

Just keep using the salt water but don’t try sucking stuff out.  Don’t use a straw at all.  Don’t smoke.  The stuff inside could have very well been tissue healing…so swishing and trying to get the stuff out could lead to dry socket.
It’s normal for there to be yellow
Stuff inside.  Think of it like when a wound on your body gets wet and the tissue turns yellow in the shower because it got wet.  I suggest you stop looking at it and just follow post op instructions. 
Coming from a surgical dental assistant of 12 years…the worst thing people do is look at it when they have no idea what it’s supposed to look like.
