Still trying

Coming up on almost a year trying for baby #3. Baby 1 took some time (about a year) and baby 2 was super quick (3 months) . Im 37. My obgyn says after a year its considered “infertility” I often have nervous energy and stress so i can only imagine stress is stopping this from happening. Any tips or success stories? . I even stopped testing for ovulation and just “going with the flow” meanwhile all i keep getting is aunt flow 🤣 frustrated is an understatement
