Endometriosis and Polycystic ovarys

Hello everyone , I always being with cronic pain when I have my periods and when I’m ovulating , My doctor tells me that I have endometriosis and polycystic fibrosis Ovaries but haven’t done any treatments bug I feel the pain is getting worse every month, I don’t know if I should remove everything and don’t have the pain anymore , Im 38 years old I don’t have any children because of this issue or I just do a treatment and see if I can have the chance of getting pregnant and continue on pain 😭
