New symptom. Possibly pregnancy related?

Okay. So yes I know that symptoms aren’t related to pregnancy until you actually test positive because they’re just progesterone which is the same as before you get your period. However, since yesterday I’ve been getting random sharp pains in my nipples and they feel itchy sometimes 🙃 I have NEVER felt that before. I’m 8 dpo and tested negative this morning. Is that a possible sign I might get my positive in a day or two? Or am I totally delulu? Been ttc for a year
