Anyone experiencing similar bumps on inner thighs?

Hi! I’m sorry for the tmi but I have always been someone that is big on hygiene and making sure that I exfoliate when washing. My sexual health is important to me as well so I make sure to get checked regularly. Recently, I started getting painful boils on my top inner thigh so I went to check that it wasn’t an STD or STI and was cleared for that. Since then there is way more than just one and they sometimes resemble pimples and sometimes they look a bit more concerning. I decided to schedule a dermatology appointment but they cannot see me till October. Once in a way they tend to hurt so I’m trying to figure out if it is more like acne, chafing, or possibly HS?? How can I find some relief??

Any ideas??
