Off and on symptoms?

Anyone else experience all of these pregnancy symptoms some days and then nothing other days? It makes me wonder if things are progressing.

Baby #3 and I feel like I don’t remember what it felt like in the early weeks or maybe each pregnancy is that much more different 🤷🏻‍♀️
