TRIGGER WARNING: Second Pregnancy, Diff. Experience🙃

Can anyone tell me if this is normal? I’m currently 6w5d and I had started to experience light spotting and bleeding at work yesterday. Immediately left and went to ER where they did a whole bunch of tests and waiting to go tomorrow to get another beta hcg done. I woke up this morning to use the bathroom and then I saw this which scared me. I’m not bleeding enough to soak a pad or anything getting on my underwear. Was told it’s normal, however are passing clots normal? A vaginal exam, transvaginal ultrasound and beta hcg was done yesterday at the hospital.
