Intense Upper back pain..labor??

Has anyone been experiencing upper back pain, like between the shoulder blades? To the point where you want to almost vomit, scream, crap yourself??

I was thinking this was from some serious heartburn, but it’s so random and only during the night. Just had another battle with it and it’s so bad. I had back labor with my first. And I’m currently about 38 weeks. It feels like it really really needs to just crack but back roller does nothing and it’s like anything I touch, my back or stomach the pain is almost worse… at least doesn’t help at all. So I basically just sit here and try to breathe through it.
