Is she being dramatic?

I had an emotional affair on a woman whom I met at work we both at work at Walmart

My girlfriend found out text messages which they span back to June 2023

Anyways it’s been 3 weeks since found out and she’s tried to go to a Walmart store NOT the one where I met the girl I was having an emotional affair with and both times she had a full blown panic attack and bawling her eyes out

I told her to relax i don’t get why she’s doing this it’s not even the store I met the girl in sooooo going there shouldn’t be a huge deal and besides it wasn’t even a physical affair sooooo why act this way cos you’re going grocery shopping

Is she being dramatic??
