yeast or uti?

i’m not sure what it is.. I have not had one in 2 years so I forgot what it’s like.. it burns a bit when a pee, and it’s slightly itchy down there but nothing bad.. also i’m having discharge that’s thin and watery like. white but slightly pale yellowish. it’s not excessive but i’m noticing it more. I was just going to buy some monistat and see if it works since it’s the weekend and no doctor is open..
