Earliest pregnancy symptoms??

This is my first cycle TTC, so I don’t know what to expect. Tiktok and google have been my besties so far. I’m about 4 DPO and I’ve been having the weirdest “symptoms” (idk what else to call it lol). My nips are sensitive af, i’m having slight cramps, back pain, headaches. What really got me was today while at work, my mouth randomly had a metallic taste to it. I’m sure it’s just a placebo effect or something because I am TTC but help me out! I think it’s wayyy too early for symptoms so most likely placebo..
