Can i be pregnant with the nexaplon in my arm?

So i had it for almost 3 years now itll be 3 next year and ill take it out and put another one in for another 3 years but i missed my period of 3 days and it is alittle irregular it always changes days every month it isnt the correct day ... no symptoms just been mad and alittle emotional. But its impossible right? Obviously i dont use condoms but its been working for 3 years without condoms so why now?😳 well idk if im pregnant yet
