Beta hell help!

Hi all!

I’m so confused on July 19th I went in for my first beta and it has been a roller coaster ever since here are the results.

July 19 - 109.0

July 21 - 140.3

July 23 - 207.1

July 25 - 302.6

July 31 - 1780.0 ( ultrasound with no signs of conception)

August 2 - 3403.0

I repeat beta on August 4 to see if it is doubling again. I’m a mess my last two pregnancies ended in miscarriage around 7 weeks and my betas never jumped this high, on the 31st my dr was convinced of ectopic but had no signs. I have normal pregnancy symptoms minimal to no cramping and very light spotting. I am currently on progesterone and folic acid in addition to prenatal vitamins. Is there still hope? Or am I waiting for a loss?
