Vagy troubles

So i had a vaginal swab done and got my result this morning. My follow up isnt for another week but . My results show i tested negative for any std(neve been sexually active) and he had three different tests for BV done and nothing... i believe one of the tests may have been for yeast and that showed nothing either... i have been dealing with a smell and itching for months now and the doctor even said my discharge looked normal. I even stopped using unscented vag wash and just use water but even after showering the smell comes right back and its almost fishy or sometimes a strong urine smell. Its effecting my day to day and if the tests are negative then idk ☹️
