Weird periods??

Do sporadic periods always mean PCOS? I've always had a regular 28-30 day cycle until after my second child. I'm almost 2 years postpartum and they've been mostly normal but occasionally I've skipped a month or it comes super super late. Is this just bodily changes after having babies or should I be concerned about PCOS

No, it doesn’t always/automatically mean PCOS. Occasional cycle changes, especially over time (as we get older, have kids, etc), are normal & generally not a cause for concern. If they were becoming increasingly irregular and/or u were experiencing other symptoms of PCOS then u should consult ur doctor. But, what u described isn’t anything unusual.

No. That doesn’t mean you have PCOS. 
Your period isn’t monthly. It’s a cycle or so many days. Which can vary. If your cycle is say 35 days, and started August 28 your next period will be in due in October.
