Energy advice needed!!!!

What have you guys found to bring up your energy. I am completely drained and have no desire to do anything. (Obviously I have to do things because I’m a mom of 3 already lol) but I need tips to get my energy back like today!

Usually I’ll drink some coffee but have no desire to at this moment 🤢 the nausea all day is also kicking my butt my provider gave me a script for zofran but honestly don’t feel it helping much.

I just nap. My husband stepped up his game and handles the 2 and the house. I do what I can, but I definitely nap 4-5 days a week.

My husband does most of the cooking and cleaning right now too. I work full time and am gone more hours than he is but not by much but we also have 6 other kids so he does most of it while I grow his last baby.

I have been so fatigued and this is baby #3. I went on a walk yesterday and it actually gave me more energy. So I would suggest fresh air and walks. But not during the heat of the day.

Wow that’s way hotter than here (PNW), but I’m still complaining 😅

I take my all natural pre workout. And I workout to keep my energy up. I know it sounds crazy but it works. I’m a health and fitness coach so it is literally my job as well as being an rn but I feel like it helps my energy level.

Following because I have no idea and I’m dying over here. Everything online says to rest and nap often. Not sure how to do that while working full time and then keeping up with a 2 year old the rest of the time but ok.I’m the same with coffee. I can’t handle the taste right now. I have started drinking a mini size Dr Pepper every day after lunch. Not a great habit I wanted to pick up because I normally only drink water, but right now it’s the only thing getting me through the afternoon.

I’m luckily not nauseous very often this pregnancy! I was with my son a few years ago. Instead my fatigue is way worse this go round. My dr recommend the unisom and b6 for nausea. I am not taking the unisom because it made me feel worse, probably because my more exhausted than nauseous, but I’ve been taking the b6. I read online the vitamin p5p is the active form of b6 and supposed to be more helpful, so I’m trying that. Fingers crossed it kicks in soon.

I read something about magnesium glycerinate for the nausea so I’m going to try that also. maybe if I didn’t feel nauseous 24/7 I would have some motivation to do something lol
